A little about me

I'm your coach Adrian, after 20 Years working within the same organisation I experienced my very first coaching session, it was a game changer. I knew then that becoming a coach was something I wanted to do, providing an opportunity to others in the same way that it had been provided to me. I am passionate about helping others.
Since then I've completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching through the Institute of Continuing Education, University of Cambridge.

My aim was to underpin my coaching skills with an academic understanding of the underlying coaching principles. I'm a certified Mental Health First Aider and I continue my professional development through my membership of both the Association for Coaching and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
I also recognise that I may not be the Coach for you, so I have partnered with 2 great Coaches from my coaching course and I am more than happy to introduce and refer you to them:
